These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Resurrect Media website and any services you purchase from Resurrect Media ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Resurrect Media provides paid advertising management (including Meta/Facebook & Instagram ads, and where selected, Google Local Services Ads), automated lead follow-up systems, and related marketing services for home service businesses ("Client"). Specific services, pricing, and ad spend requirements are discussed and confirmed during the strategy call and/or in a separate written agreement before any paid engagement begins.
Ad spend is paid directly by the Client to the advertising platform (Meta, Google, or other relevant platform) and is separate from, and in addition to, any management fee paid to Resurrect Media. Resurrect Media does not receive or hold Client ad spend funds unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

This guarantee applies to Clients running a minimum of $2,500/month in ad spend. For engagements that include more than one advertising channel (e.g. Meta and Google together), the $2,500/month minimum may be split across channels, and the 30-day guarantee window begins once all included channels are verified, approved, and actively running — not from the date of signing — since third-party platform approval timelines (such as Google's verification process) are outside our control.
A "qualified booked quote" is a lead that provides a valid, reachable phone number, is located within the Client's confirmed service area, and results in a scheduled quote or estimate. Leads with disconnected or incorrect numbers, leads clearly outside the service area, or fraudulent/spam submissions do not count toward the guarantee and will be replaced or excluded at Resurrect Media's discretion. A lead that is reachable and legitimate but does not answer or respond to follow-up still counts toward the guarantee.
If the guarantee is not met in a given 30-day period, the Client's next month of the management fee is waived. Ad spend for that period is not refunded or waived, as it is paid directly to the advertising platform. This guarantee does not constitute a refund of any amount already paid and does not apply retroactively to prior periods.

Management fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific payment terms, billing dates, and cancellation terms will be confirmed in your individual service agreement at onboarding. Canceling service does not entitle the Client to a refund of fees already paid, except as provided under the guarantee in Section 3.
Resurrect Media guarantees qualified booked quotes as defined in Section 3. We do not guarantee any specific amount of revenue, number of closed jobs, or profit, as these outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the Client's own sales process, pricing, and service quality. Any revenue figures referenced on our website or in marketing materials are client-reported results from specific accounts and are not a guarantee or typical result for every business.
Ad creative, copy, landing pages, and systems built by Resurrect Media for a Client's campaign remain the property of Resurrect Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided materials (photos, testimonials, business information) remain the property of the Client, and Resurrect Media is granted a license to use them for the purpose of running the Client's campaigns and, where separately agreed, for case studies or proof-of-results marketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resurrect Media's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client to Resurrect Media in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Resurrect Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
